There comes a time at the end of every piece of paper’s life when you need to get rid of it. Whether you’re concerned about identity theft and have a plastic bag full of personal documents to shred or a warehouse full of confidential records that need to be disposed of to meet data protection standards, we can help. And you don’t need to be storing your documents with us to take advantage of that service.

We offer a number of document disposal services, ranging from simple recycling waste to hi-tech security level 3 document shredding.

For the most secure waste, we shred it to the same standard as banks use for shredding confidential documents. Paper is cross cut shredded to a size of ⅛” x ¼” strips, which are then mixed up, bagged and sent for incineration and, if appropriate, recycling. As you would imagine with this type of security, we will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction, which confirms what we have destroyed, on which date, and who was responsible for the operation.

If required, we can come to your office and remove other confidential waste from within your building and dispose of internal waste in the same way.
